Counseling  & Life Coaching Sessions

Session are all virtual and by appointment only.

Payment Methods

Payment in full is due at the beginning of each session.  You may pay with HSA, FSA, or debit/credit card

Session fees are as follows:

Therapy/Life Coaching Session (50 minutes)  $ 75

Therapy/Life Coaching Session (30 minutes) $50

Reservations Policy 

Session time slots are 1st come 1st serve. If you need a reoccurring appointment time, it will need to be reserved with Ms. Hicks.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid cancellation fees, sessions must be cancelled with at least 24 hour’s notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hour’s will still be charged a $50 fee. No call/ No show session will be charged a $50 fee. These fees are not non-negotiable. Be mindful of your schedule.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered for sessions that have already occurred or for no-show/cancellation fees that have already been charged. If you are displeased with our services, please contact us to discuss the issue.
